Electrical, mechanical, integrated, fire and solar sit under one roof — so a career here can move sideways as well as up. Apprentices start on residential and can end up on directional drilling, HVAC&R or fire compliance.
ADCO has grown from one person in 2003 to over 300 staff, and has built that on keeping people rather than churning them.
326 electrical apprenticeships have been completed across ADCO Electrics and Kolbang, and 152 apprentices are in training right now. See our apprenticeship program.
