Adam Di Placido

Managing Director

Adam is the founder of the Company and an Electrical Contractor with over 20 years’ experience in the electrical field. He started the company in 2003 in the residential sector and has since built a highly successful business providing services in electrical, mechanical, fire and integrated solutions. In 2012 Adam won the 40under40 award for being a leading Perth entrepreneur and in 2015 was named the Accredited Master Electrician of the Year at the MEA National Excellence Awards.

Adam is also a successful property developer and his multitude of knowledge in both the electrical and property industries has contributed significantly to the success of the company. Adam is an avid believer in providing opportunities to those less fortunate than him and has contributed significantly to numerous charitable organisations including Ronald McDonald House, Cancer Council and Toybox International.

Marco Russo

Non-Executive Director

Marco, a Certified Practicing Accountant, is a Partner in accounting firm Regency Partners. With over 13 years’ experience in the accounting profession, he has been responsible for a broad range of clients across a range of industries. Marco has represented private companies in various sectors with an emphasis on accounting, taxation, strategy, due diligence and general business advisory.

He currently volunteers his time through the provision of pro-bono professional services and as Finance Director of the Meridian Global Foundation and Zero2Hero.

David Trimboli

Strategic Partner

David is an experienced investor and financier active locally, in Australia, and internationally.  David was a senior coal trader at the world’s largest commodities trading group, Glencore International AG, and was with this group when it went through its IPO process to list in London and Hong Kong. Since then David has invested in and managed a wide variety of businesses across numerous sectors both in Australia and internationally.

David is the founder of Seefeld Investments, with offices in London, Zug and Perth and has been a part of the rapid growth within these companies. He brings a wealth of experience in cultivating partnerships and other commercial relationships, whilst being able to identify new markets for ADCO’s products or services.

Luke Kostarelas

General Manager,
ADCO Residential

Luke oversees all business aspects of ADCO’s Residential sector and has been with the Company since 2003 and has 15 years’ experience in the electrical industry specialising in residential electrical. Luke has over 10 years’ experience as a senior manager with the company and is also one of ADCO’s electrical contractor nominees’, his wealth of company knowledge and residential skills and experience has helped to grow the company’s residential sector into one of the largest in Western Australia.

With a growing family of his own, Luke is devoted to ensuring that the ADCO continues to provide opportunities for apprentices to learn from our experienced residential tradesman and senior supervisors. Luke understands that WA’s residential housing sector has a promising future and continues to devote his time, knowledge and experience to building a strong, professional and adaptable workforce to provide professional services and exceptional experiences to our clients while maintaining a strong safety and compliance culture.

Sean Riley

General Manager,
ADCO Commercial & Fire

Sean oversees all business aspects of ADCO’s Commercial and Fire sector and has been with the company since 2004. Initially beginning in the residential sector but quickly moving to commercial projects due to his enthusiasm and talent for this sector. With 15 years’ experience in the electrical industry, 13 of these specialising in commercial developments and projects Sean has a wide array of knowledge and experience in commercial electrical and developments, fire services and integrated solutions.

As a senior commercial manager for over 10 years Sean is dedicated to creating and maintaining a commercial team that has the ability to offer design and construct solutions, meet strict deadlines and budgets, communicate well with clients and manage large projects and teams, all while ensuring we remain leaders in HSEQ compliance.

Jordan Griffiths

General Manager,

Jordan joined ADCO at the end of 2016 and has over 15 years of proven experience and self-confessed enjoyment across all sectors of the mechanical discipline, and ensures ADCO Air will be able to service all disciplines of HVAC works.

Jordan's technical background along with his many years of experience gives him the ability to discover and integrate, green and smart technologies into each design as viable. Combine this with a comprehensive understanding of compliant and performance verified building services, creates an ability to provide practical solutions which fulfil the functionality requirement with the added bonus of value management to our valued clients.
